yes.

if you think a submission is stolen, putting that in a review wont bring it to anyone's attention who could do something about it.

and if you're wrong, you may incite users to start making the same reviews and all of a sudden a perfectly fine flash artist has a reputation for stealing when he hasn't done anything wrong.

Never can be too sure..

are you serious? I'm not looking through that list. Why don't you go find all of the obviously abusive reviews, emphasis on "OBVIOUSLY", flag them, and if anyone else feels the same way, they can flag them, and THEN You'll find out.

what I was saying is that I'm not going to look through those links and tell you what is and is not abusive and then proceed to delete them so that only you get the whistle points.

I was saying that you should leave them up in here so that everyone else has a chance to flag reviews they think are abusive, and when enough of you have flagged them so that they pop up for the mods to make a judgement on, you'll find out.

That way more people have a chance of getting those potential whistle points.

Sometimes I'll let it slide if I try and run the game and it has an obvious glitch in it where something is wrong.

Those are in the gray area and I wouldn't bet on them every time.

sometimes people will not reset their cookies and leave a string of reviews along the lines of "it wont load", and then they get a PM and maybe a couple of the reviews deleted from me. I won't delete something just because they can't handle resetting their cookies.
