Sometimes I will be playing CS: Source and a shot will be fire and the sound goes crackly. This happens randomly; sometimes the shots are fine sometimes they aren't.
Also, in Windows Media Player when I'm playing music, if I scroll farther ahead in the sound using the seeker thing it gets very loud, louder then it was before.
