Ok, now about a year ago, I was very overweight. Being 5'6" and about 170 pounds. I have worked very hard and ate much better choices and now I'm 5'8" and about 150.
However, I am skinny now, BUT, I still have man boobs. They are very small, and are much smaller than before, but they still bother me. Do any of you have any good exercises that will work the chest area to burn that off?
