Ok, now about a year ago, I was very overweight. Being 5'6" and about 170 pounds. I have worked very hard and ate much better choices and now I'm 5'8" and about 150.

However, I am skinny now, BUT, I still have man boobs. They are very small, and are much smaller than before, but they still bother me. Do any of you have any good exercises that will work the chest area to burn that off?

They have this thing where you do a sit-up and cross your arms in front of you while holding weights. That's about all I can think of. Or you can always try to do the machine were they work your pectorals.

I've been doing those for a while. Still, my arms and shoulders are pretty muscular, but my chest is still kinda manboobish. However, I can feel muscle behind the fat.

If you feel a good amount of muscle under your fat in your chest then try to lose some more weight.

Also, if you weightlift, benching is good for the pecks, as is that machine where you set your weight amount, put your arms out (like your gonna fly :P) and move your hands together and close em.

I can't remember the name of the machine/ the workout, sorry for the shit explination maybe someone else will know what I'm talking about.

The bast way to get rid of any fat is cardio. You may only be feeling the burn in your chest when your doing a pushup or other chest exercises but you will be burning fat off your whole body. Spot reduction does not work as it is impossible to target a single are of your body for fat loss.
You will be burning some calories when you work out but nowhere near as much as when you're doing a cardiovascular excercise such as skipping or going for a run.

Do push ups, but keep your hands a feet or so from your forehead, so your hands are placed wider, then do about 30-50 of those each day (take your time, don't get stressed)

And get some weights, and do benches, fly-s or just raise them up n' down.

Also, for sit ups, cross your arms and grab each shoulder, and do about 50-100 sit ups of those.

Those should help, and if you want to reduce some overall body fat, go for a 30-40 minute walk each day, and enjoy it, the less frustration the better.

try this then man, run. if the pushups arent working, then run. alot. daily. youre fat will melt away. and as for the nay sayers about spot reduction, youre wrong. ive been able to do it, so anyone can.

Spot reduction is impossible. You may think you did but I can tell you with 100% cretaintanth that you didn't. If you've studied muscle physiology then you'd know that it is an impossibility. I'm also a personal trainer so I need to know this stuff for my clients.

Probabally because you did enough of a certain exercise to lose fat in the area you were targeting BUT you would have also lost fat from all over your your body as it is impossible to lose fat in only one area of your body.

There are two kinds of Manboobs, can you be more specific. The first one are the really really big bullet proof pectorials that Leonidas has. the other are the ugly flabby ones that Peter Griffin or I have.

I've tried working out and I seem to get bigger, (samoian-E Honda wise). Like i got more muscles, and people look at me and my shaved Asian head, and light beard, and think I look like some crazy angry monk that would kick their ass. When I'm not because I'm a very friendly happy person. Soooo I've started to swim and run, but I seem to be getting meatier. I eat regularliy now. Well can't say that being big girthed is a bad thing. People don't yell at me anymore at work.

when you do push-ups keep your arms out far. that way it works your chest more than your arms.

Oh, also, these guys are right.

It's simple and easy, you could just run back and forth a hallway in your house for 15-20 minutes and still get a good session. I just did so, and my house is friggin' small.
