The pen tool makes shape layers, for vector work. You'd probably find it rather difficult to ink with, though not impossible.
Whether or not you should is a matter of personal preference.

ok I made a sig and I cant get any text to look right for me any Ideas
My (pirate) Photoshop has crashed. It doesn't want to open and I'm trying to reinstall it. There's no way I'm paying full price if this doesn't work so if this plan failsand nobody gives me any help on the subject, my PS career is doomed.

yeah tried that and it worked except that it was about 500 miles off and a couple of states away but other then that it was right :P

exactly it gives out your service provider, therefore the service provider can give them your address. Oh and if you keep dling stuff illegally , they Will send you a letter and possibly take legal action

I tried that. It said I was in Watford, UK.
