well what do you guys think?
I think 4 leman russ's makes your army instantly win. But what type of leman russ's, vanquisher, executioner, conqueror?

normal leman russ's with battle cannons

I'd take the demolisher but the cannon is too short ranged
(or the executioner but its too much points)

Thought I'd drop in and say that I'm the one getting said Baneblade.

And that the Leman Russ Punisher is the tank to get, if only as a support choice, until the Hydra is released. 20 strength 4 shots? Win!

Just making my vanguard veterans on saturday (im using them as honour guard for my blood angels).
And one of them ,the one who's holding 1 sword with 2 hands, can't fit. His arm won't reach his hand so i had to green stuff in a segment of arm. But seriosly they do look amazing :).

And guys quick poll:
Who here would like and buy a metal model that they thought the gw one was awefull but someone made there own plastic version that was good?

Im asking this becuase i really want to know if anyone would buy a plastic abaddon and kharn for a little more than gw is selling them, as i am thinking of making my own versions of them.

P.s. i promise to post some pcitures soon of my painted honour guard (well as soon as i paint them)

The problem with the gw abaddon is that is terminator armour is too small and if u compare it to a normal terminator it just looks wrong.
But how much would u pay for a plastic kharn in a decent pose?

I think this would work for the Plague of Zombies

The Plague of Zombies is an apoc thing for chaos, and is just for a meat shield.

Also, I will be making my Iron warriors (Chaos legion) either pre-heresy or Chaos.
That way, I can have both Space Marines and Chaos, all in one army.
This Christmas, I will be getting a good camera and I will start off by making a Khorne Tower of Skulls out of an old armourcast baneblade track piece (It has the track holder, engine and the bottom of the hull).

I agree with salt, the abandon (I call him abandon, if you fail 13 crusades, you should be abandoned) model.
I have agreed with what I am going to do.
I will have fluff so that I can play reg space marines with chaos, just say they are using space marine tech. Easy.
Razorback FTFW!

I did this, until every serious player just told me to go fuck myself because it's plain against the rules. Chaos don't use modern marine gear, end of story. That's where the Daemon engines come in.

Course, using normal marine models is rarely a problem, just paint them up Corsair style.

Okay, where the FUCK in the rule book says, "It can only be models from your army".
Look at blood guard. Look at the fuckloads of nurgle deamon engines standing in for defilers!
WHAT THE FUCK DO THEY THINK THEY ARE DOING.
Look at the fucking taunids that won the ard boys.
The "serious gamers" don't take any happiness from the game, they just play to win and should FOAD.

Can u guys not call me salt and just call me saltoric its only 4 more letters.

I will have fluff so that I can play reg space marines with chaos, just say they are using space marine tech. Easy.

Fluff? and guess u call stuff - fluff, like i call eldar - jeldar. But i don't think you can use the space marines rules if ur using them as chaos you've got to use the chaos codex. Like as i do blood angels i've got to use the rules in the blood angles codex or the rules in the space marine codex, instead of using both.

And yes there is a blood angels codex. I'll give u guys the link when the website gets out of maintenance.

uh...no not really
to be honest I did like the animation's styles but the jokes weren't funny...they either had nothing to do with the *humor* in 40k or had to do with sojmething else entirely

So, if any of you would like to write up some jokes for the Fantasy Collab
Anything to do with squiggs, or gretchins would be teh lolz.

not very into warhammer fantasy so I got nothing
