D-- Washington is to be Master Chief of big budget Halo movie.

Everyone knows he is black despite his talent. The Rock would be better than him since all the guy needs to do is shoot, run, hide and open doors. No need to do any stupid facial expression. MC is supposed to be a huge guy.

I really doubt that they will use a "chocolate man" for the role of the Master Chief in the movie. The reason? Because the Master Chief has spent so many years fighting in his MJOLNIR armour that his skin barely sees and sunlight, therefore making his skin pretty white (almost like mine, lol).

And I heard that they will show the very bottom part of his face, like his chin, when he takes off and/or puts on his helmet, and that it will be white and scarred from years of fighting.

And where did you get this information? I doubt that it's accurate.

Ummm, seeing as Master Chief is wearing his suit all the freaking time and you never actually see what he looks like, why do you care what colour he'd be? Denzel is a good actor, he'd probably be able to pull off the part pretty well.

I'm not a major fan of the series (I don't dislike it, just never was big on it), but I'll go to see the movie, just to see if they actually pull it off with a decent level of skill.

They should do what George Lucas did with Vader. Have one person do the voice and another the physical character. Unless Bungie did the story they can't decide what race MC is. Also everybody loves Halo so they don't need some big actors. They just need to stay true to the franchise.
