Cool, man. Thanks for sharing the pics with us. I'm going to Canada in a few weeks. P.E.I., to be exact. Zerok, if you're reading this, we should meet up in P.E.I. with other Canadian NG users and tap a keg.
So you got to watch The Simpsons and Futurama in French (Quebec accent)? The voice actors aren't bad; they sound a lot like the original ones in my opinion.
Also, I've been told that U.-S. news reports say the exact opposite of what Canadian (and many other countries') news reports do. Could you tell?
It's funny watching the Canadian sports channel TSN, since the majority of its coverage is devoted to U.S. teams that numerically (and often competitively) dominate the U.S. leagues that host a few Canadian teams.

Nice to visit, shitty to live in, I've been stuck here all my life and I even had to learn french>:(
Ohhhhhh - GO MONTREAL!
I see you visited the penguins at the Biodome - I went to the Biodome for the first time in April, and I was amazed to see how FUN it was. I guess you're never too old to watch monkeys and other animals all afternoon...
The Olympic Stadium is definitely over-rated - It's like Montreal version of Toronto's CN tower. Large, ugly and expensive for nothing.
What bars did you go to? Lemme guess - on Crescent street?
You went at a bad time... Hockey off-season!
I mean c'mon, going to Canada and not seeing a NHL game?
:(
Ya, I don't get why you guys expect it to be so much different when you come here.
Infact, the only real diffrence I noticed is that there are ALOT more bungalow's in the states.

:Then I remembered that everything else about the United States' measurement system is bogus anyway, since we don't use the metric system, so the Canadians are probably right. When you're talking about money, you don't say "dollars fifty," you say "fifty dollars." God damn America's stupid customs.
Way to represent your country,

You're just having a bad <3 week aren't you?
Wait, are you all going to go Canadian Pride on us now? Make a name for yourself in world affairs, then maybe we will give a shit.
Now I want to visit Canada even more now.

I bet the REAL reason you went to canada is cheap drugs.Quebec look like a lovely place to visit, but you should visit British Columbia, it's not that bad, but alot of idiot live here, specifically the drivers.
and Gorden Campbell
But, Canada is awesome, by the way, it's almost legal here.
I live in ontario, and its really not that great, i mean i guess its because ive lived her for 14 years so yeah it gets boring i guess, but montreal's the bomb. Its so wicked, my older brother lives up there so i get to vist him sometimes.

I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF MY TWO 6+ HOUR WORK SHIFTS. So it's not my fault I couldn't respond. Popular demand states that you shalt post beer drinking pics.
I was up in Montreal with a bunch of my friends this past Spring Break. Needless to say, the reasons were for booze n' shit. But I also brought up my girlfriend, so out of our group of 8 her and I were the only ones to see the biodome, botanical garden, and olympic stadium. We were only there for one full 24 hour period, though, so we didn't get to see as much as we would have liked. I'm hoping to make a trip back up there within a month or so with a larger bunch of my buddies, only for four days or so so we can really enjoy the sites and sounds.
I'd post pictures from my girlfriend's collection of probably close to 400 pictures from the trip, but I think you'd get bored of all the plants from the greenhouse. Some great drinking shots as well, but I kind of protect my IRL acquaintances' identities, so I won't be sharing. Nyah. :-b
Anyway, glad to hear you had fun.

The news I saw in Canada wasn't much different from the news I usually watch here in the USA. I guess it depends on what channel you watch. For example, if you watch Fox News, you'll get a bunch of Conservative bullshit, and if you watch CNN, you'll get a bunch of Liberal bullshit... or so they say. I haven't watched enough Fox News to say anything about it, and CNN doesn't seem particularly biased.
In other words, nope :-)
