And not just by guitars. As many have said fruity loops is a good program to start out on. try out the demo and go through the tutorials. learn some stuff from there and start working on your own stuff. good luck.

(Don't be like me. You can't export your music without compressing it to shit unless you make your a very certain way, what you SHOULD do has already been said: get an app and follow the tutorial (if they have one))
I actually do rap lyrics in my free time, never posted anything about it.
But I do this to vent my thoughs and use this to keep myself away from bad influences.
