I probably wont be able to play FFXI. My PS2 is getting weird and has stopped playing new games. Even my copy of Vice City wont work anymore. Guess I'll have to get a new one for my birthday.

Same things happening with mine, my Soul Calibur II game doesnt work either, and sometimes it takes for ever for it to change scenes whe in play FFX-2. I think i need to buy another one.

Well, if you bought your PS2 when it first came out, there were tons of bugs with it, so they had to fix it. Mine is relatively new, so I don't ge tthose problems...yet...i hope never.

I wish i would play FFXI, but im a cheap bastard and don't wanna pay so much for it. I'll wait for FFXII for the online/offline option. And that sucks that GC is coming out with FFXII, it should jsut be PS2 and PC i thinks.

I heard FFXI was really slow. I still want to play it!

yah, alot of people here have seen the AC trailor.

In the new FF coming out they should make a lamia a playable character that would make it ten times better. (for those un--edumacated lamia=Vampire)

Well, vincent looked pretty close to a vampire, but so far in FFXII (the upcoming FF) everyone looks normal except for Fran the Viera.
