I flagged it as "malicious" with "harassment" in the explanation field. It's not malicious in the way the report option means (that it can damage your computer) but more in a general sense. It breaks the rules either way.

I think the Movies and Games portals share the same flags (so changing it for one would change it for both), I'm not 100% sure on that though.

Ruffle/HTML5 submissions can, and has, include hyperlinks/auto-redirects inside itself to redirect to malicious sites; and in the descriptions as well. It is not redundant, i have seen it occur firsthand.

there is animation but none that belongs to the author
so, you would go find the given animated clips on youtube or another website, link that other location of the contained clip, and then post both the link of the offending animation and where the author stole the animation from
