I flagged it as "malicious" with "harassment" in the explanation field. It's not malicious in the way the report option means (that it can damage your computer) but more in a general sense. It breaks the rules either way.
I'm not really active here anymore, but I'm glad you guys get abusive videos like this taken down. Keep it up.

From my understanding, it means that your game has to be functional on Newgrounds and should not be a link that directs to a different website to play the game.
