I'm fairly sure it does and they're always worth reporting regardless. I think the Mods would have let it ride so we (the voters) could get our inevitable blam and if it had passed judgement, I think they would have deleted it. Submissions like that have a tendency to get the big B(lam) nowadays though, as it 'not surprisingly' did.

I wasn't sure if it was worth reporting, though, since there's a Spam movie genre on the site.
