Well I think that option should be removed. The only way to change it would be to get permission from an admin after it has been around for 20 days.

In order to prevent more file switching only an admin should be allowed to edit a file. The flash author will send the revised flash to Wade and if it's not a bb flash he will change it.

I summarized a tip for whistling BB moives which will reduce the chance of losing whistle points. BB authors are level 1 n00bs who signed up on for no longer 3 days. If you guys notice that detail, BB moives are not hard to find.
I'm very sorry to say this but I have just figured out my method doesn't work right. So we have to go back to the default plan, vote and check things that are suspicious.

A good way to make sure you blam those BB flashes is to just vote 0 on everything. :\

Hello all. I would love to join this fine organization. I have already joined up in the clubs and crews section and have a few ideas for how to go about this war more effectively.
#1) We need a mole to locate their official forum. Not the ones that you can find via google, as they claim that their members now frequent a different undiscovered one, and little to no site traffic has occured under my watch. We need some people who can pretend to want to join them so they can find their sites and open them up to us for a spam war. Kind of like fighting fire with fire.
#2) We need to get a temporary forum outside of Newgrounds. Realistically speaking, this is likely to be a long term war, so a free & temporary forum would be good. This is so we can prevent idiots like BARNEYBIOTCH and the Star Syndicate from spamming our own operations. Also, when our moles report back to us, we do not want their identities noticed (mine is already blown simply because I am posting here trying to push this idea.)

Well avie locked the anti barney bunch club, If they could move this into the C&C we would be all set.But unfortunally moderators do not have that privledge so we wait.
It also appears that our outreach to the Clubs & Crews forum has been blocked by an administrator. If this one gets cut out, we could lose communication and the anti-BB crew will die. We need a temporary forum outside of NG to plan our next moves in secrecy.

technically, no, nothing concrete, but i checked into it, just for you. lemme show you wnat i turned up.
a) he had no profile. up until today, and this is the first work he posted. while it is possible that he is an as-of-yet undiscovered genious who has been working with flash for years, i certainly am not led to believe that such an outhor would submit this flash - for more reasons i post below.
b) he used computer voices, and badly. computer voices are cheap, quick, and effective. great for churning out many flashes at once.
c) little audio and horrible lip synching. tell me, if the point was to get something into the portal as a serious venture, wouldn't he look at that and say, "this is bad?" even people without great talent try to clear that up.
d) no credits. most morons like to be known for their work. most morons use credits. most good artists do too. i can't think of any good artists, off the top of my head, who are naturally opposed to credits, nor do bad ones come to mind. sloppy ones do. and for the rebuttal, the only time i've seen good flashes cut off prematurely is when they weren't able to be completed due to some odd error - computer crash, virus, something - and the author made no mention of that in his description. i am forced to believe otherwise.
if you will notice, by the way, points c) and d) also support point a). anyone who was knowledgable in flash and serious at newgrounds would do something about both issues.
now, for my non-evidence comment.
