Well, IIRC, that is a Lazlow channel, but I'd rather listen to him in VC or VCS. So far in 4, he's only on the ZIT! song indentifier number for me, I haven't gotten to Manhattan/gotten his radio station activated yet.

And in 3, I'm only on the 2nd area, so I haven't listened to the stations there as much as in just about any other GTA save LCS, which I don't have.

The only two times I will ever again really celebrate a stat achievement on NG, most likely:

1) when I get to the top 50
2) when I get to lv55 (and just cause of the nifty sword icon, the final icon worth getting for me, personally...)

It's a good thing I never got into GTA sooner since the PC version is so sweet, despite the controls being awkward from time to time. My only control issues are sprinting and rotating the camera at the same time, but everything else is fine. :)

I liked level 25 for the few days I had it (redesign level switch), but I hated level 26, kind of the opposite of what you're thinking. Level 27 makes it all worth it, though.

He is learning at a slow pace and hopefully he will get better in time... but what you said is funny and correct.

Wasn't he nominated for Most Improved in the year end BBS awards? I could've sworn I saw him on there. Either way, I strongly disagree with that choice.

I don't think that was him I think it was Corky52. He still needs alot of work yet if he is to be nominated for next year, but i made that change in only a few months it is possible.

Yeah, level 30 was horrible. Level 31 made it a little worthwhile, though. I don't even remember 32 and 33, since I was gone for so long and harryjarry just deposited me through both of those. Doesn't look like I missed out on much, though.

Well, really, it depends on the actual person. I, myself, along with a few others, thank anyone who makes a list. Possibly because others' lists can be useful to you when making your own list..

Some of the other users use the thanks list to thank people who congratulated them on some achievement that they posted..which makes sense as well..

Guidelines

Exp Levels & Milestones
Level 10 or above.
1,000 exp or above.
Any level or amount of exp. below these levels are typically disregarded.

Blam/Protect Levels & Milestones
Police Sergeant or above
1,000 b/p or above
As with exp, any amount of b/p below said above are not valid.

Posts
1,000 is the limit here. Though there are exceptions for special numbers that fall below 1K. Such as: 666, 123, etc...

Reviews & Review Responses
100 is typically the cutoff point for reviews, so don't post anything lower than that.
Review responses, on the other hand are harder to collect, therefor 50 may be acceptable.

Whistle Level
Any level up in whistle status is congrats-worthy. But congrats is not given if the user is REgaining a previously obtained whistle level after being demoted.

Other Stuff
RL (real life) birthdays and Newgrounds account anniversaries are good. (Also called Newgrounds "Berfdays")
Also "Total Stat" achievements, which are ALL your stats combined. (EXP + B/P + POSTS + REVIEWS)

That's really quite sad :( I can't personally imagine passing milestones and not celebrating them. What about 36k Saves?!

Also, on a stat related note, I've just dropped a streak of 10+ Blams per day, which I've been able to sustain for a whole 24 days. Total Blams gained over that stretch - 388. Average Blams per day 15.52.

That's impressive. I can't even manage a combination of saves on gfoxcook and blams on gfoxclock that nears 10 per day....

Yeah, but I'm still not putting up the sorts of numbers that you put up in your heyday. I'm roughly about a 50/day average for B/P, but it's a struggle to maintain this pace :P
