5. Inclusion Votes: Inclusion votes are set up in the following format during e-mail voting. Each Regular gets 3 votes of which one is worth 3 points, one is worth 2 points, and one is worth 1 point. Whichever "Potential" recieves the most points is added to the list on the update. All Regulars must use all of their inclusion votes if they choose to use one, it's either all 3 votes or no vote.

The other list just shows how many points users currently on this list have in all the stats.

Thanks to Afro-chan for doing the update for me. ;) College was just starting up and things were a bit too hectic for me to sit down and do a bunch of stat crunching. You guys need to be a bit more interesting in the voting part of this list, otherwise it will end up dying. It is called the RCVL (voting list) and not the RCSL (stat list). Since all of the names were changed, I went through and updated all of the names of retired and ascended regulars. And I see MichEAl is being crazy again trying to get people to update the Member's stats too. Such a greedy prick he is, amirite?

haha i know, i've been home so much. i don't have school right now, so i have lots of free time. all of my friends are at college, and i'm grounded >_< lots of freetime means lots of newgrounds stats :P the art forum also helps :D
