The tank in the back? No, but I was in the back, standing in front of a guy who was standing in front of a pillar. If you were in Jamie and Adam's position, look to their right side toward the back corner.
Oh yeah, they also mentioned they tried pouring fish and human blood into the ocean and they found out that the sharks only responded to fish blood. Apparently human blood if foreign and they don't know what to do with it.

I heard them talking about a mechanical arm they built trying to punch a shark, but it got in its mouth and the shark wouldn't let go and began jerking the arm back and forth.

When they blew up the scuba tank with FBI's C4, they did it inside a metal container. The blue background is the container's wall, and the black spots are the holes that the C4 blew through the wall.
