I feel like I barely get any time to catch-up between flights... Last week I was out in Vegas for a wedding. I was planning to put together a picture page, but I ended up not taking any pictures. If I gather enough from friends I might post something.

This Saturday, I'm flying out for a one week visit to England. John (Behemoth co-founder) and I are flying to Manchester and staying in Sheffield with James (liljim), where we will be visiting with our European Alien Hominid publisher, Zoo Digital. We're also planning to meet up with the guys from KERB, the group who recently submitted CCL Game, a great puzzle game that you definitely shouldn't miss!

You may have noticed another great action/puzzle game on the site today - Motherload. While it has been submitted under a new "company account", Motherload is by XGenStudios, which is owned by Skyemaster, the same guy who submitted classics such as Defend Your Castle, Stick RPG and !Fishy!

It is exciting to see how far Skye has come with his game development. Motherload is a really impressive game, I highly recommend giving it a try!

That sounds interesting. Do you mean he has an account here on Newgrounds that is specificied as a company, or what? Definitely cool stuff either way.

Make sure you have fun on your England visit.

Drop me an email when you're in Manchester, and I will say "omg it's my hero Tom Fulp" and Wade will feel left out.

It'll make your day.

1. Why do you need to advertise Skye? We saw it O_O
2. Have fun flying. How many frequent flyer miles already? :D

It's a very cool game indeed! Woah!

Sounds like your normally busy schedule is extra busy at the moment. I really hope Alien Hominid is released as a PAL version- I know that sales will definitely increase with all the fans in England, Australia, and many other PAL users.

Well, enjoy your time and good luck in getting PAL versions of AH released.

Also Tom, if you hopefully see this, will you be doing the same monthly awards at the end of this month where a team of judges votes on the best movies in March?

I think it was a great idea and should continue- Just wondering if it is. ^_^

Stick RPG will always be in my heart. It's one of the first games I obsessively played on Newgrounds.

Great to see XGenStudios and Skye submitting stuff. I am still patiently awaiting the ultimate game, Stick RPG 2.

What about the recent series "Plans to Fuck Alexis"? There's like 9 of them now. I'd say that deserves a collection just out of convience. Also: Is AH ever gonna be out for Xbox? I felt ripped off when it didn't release for the 'box.

Response to Collections, Motherload 2005-03-30 13:01:21

going to england, eh? watch out for the zombies that burn things.

Response to Collections, Motherload 2005-03-30 13:04:10

Tom, is getting AH sold in Europe kind of like starting from square one, since it's a different kind of audience? Or can you use some numbers generated from U.S. sales to help move the deal along? I'm sure the awards AH won will help...do you think any of this will speed the Europe release?

I think I was going to apply for a games testing job with them but couldn't be arsed in the end...

Since this topic revolves around Skye and XGenStudios a bit, I'd thought I'd inform all whom don't know that at www.Xgenstudios.com, Stick RPG Complete is now finished. It is a finished version of Stick RPG, with more features, areas, items, etc. Hell, you can even upgrade and furnish your home. I encourage all fans of Stick RPG to play it. It's great. :)

Motherload was a nice game, but I find it lame that it was only a demo (you could only get to 800 ft). To play the full game you need to go to his site, and make an account.

Cheap method of advertising.
