Well, I'm having a bit of a problem. I download the file off Flecko.net, and then I extract the files into the same Madness folder. I click on the game, and I get "loading preferences", and that's it. Problem? Or did I miss something?
Isn't Madness Interactive just a flash game?

If you go to Flecko.net, you can download it so you don't have to be online to play it.
Please, somebody answer. I'm desperate to play this game without mouse problems. I don't want to bug krinkels either...So please, if anybody has an answer to my question please respond.

You should get 'Loading Preferences' and immediately after, you should get a black screen with the words flecko.net in red writing. Try clicking the left mouse button when Loading Preferences comes up. If that fails, you should probably just download it again, maybe you got a corrupted download or something.
Oh, and make sure you extracted ALL the files to the same folder. Maybe you forgot to extract the preferences.txt file and the Madness program stalls, trying to load prefs that aren't there. If you need to download it again, you can do so here.

As DunklerEngelPsy said, you can download Madness interactive. It comes in a .zip file with 4 files: madness.exe, mrsound.swf, preferences.txt and readme.txt.
i had to run the program as an administrator before it would work :] now it workssss

doesnt work when i launch the exe file from acid play, it just shows a flash logo with a circle with an I, clickable but doesnt do anything, any help?

There should be an option to at least toggle fullscreen under the Options menu.
If you open up preferences.txt it seems you can edit some options directly via that too (edit those and then open the game again to apply), notably:
quality:2
detail:2
fullscreen:0
I assume you can toggle fullscreen directly there by changing 0 to 1 on fullscreen.
As for the quality and detail toggles I'm not sure, maybe you can try raising or lowering the number in increments and see what happens? To 1 or 0, or 3 or higher.
Since Flash has three built-in qualities it's possible 2's already high though, 1 normal, 0 low. Maybe worth a test anyway.
That seems to be all you can adjust here.
