I thought I would ask this question, what program do you use?
For me, I use Turbowarp. It's basically like a better version of Scratch and MediBangPaintPro for effects and such

FireAlpaca. (Art)
Flash 8 for shitpost animations.
Krita (for most cases) and Paint.NET (for pixel art)
But I only realize that Krita also offers pixel brushes, so Paint.NET may be redundant...
I use the Piant tool Sai 2 for normal artwork, asprite pixel art, or Blender for 3D art or 2D animations.
Procreate. Definitely worth the 15 bucks imo.
I'm not picky. Krita, GIMP, or MyPaint is good enough for me really.

Eh, I wouldn't go that far to say krita offering pixel brushes makes Paint.NET redundant. Technically you would make pixel art in MS-Paint if you desired to. Does Paint.NET have anything else that makes it useful? If so, I say keep using it.
Take it with a grain of salt, I am slower than a snail.

Paint.NET allows plugins to add additional effects and filters, that are not present by default or provide better versions of the defaults.
Kleki.com
It's free to use, not the best choice but useful.
I draw only with the mouse since the start of 2022.
Procreate for the iPad. I swear by it, been using it since 2017.
My philosophy as a whole with art materials is that the skill of the user matters more than the software or materials themselves. As long as the program works for you and is comfortable, then I think you're good.
Libresprite for pixel art and Krita for everything else.
Libresprite is a fork of an older version of Aseprite when it had a more open license, I use it because I struggle to compile Aseprite's source code and I don't make enough pixel art to buy it.
Krita I use because it has almost everything that paid programs like the basic tier of Clip Studio Paint have, so I have no reason to use something that costs money when something that is free is already awesome.
Krita. Even though it's freeware its features are fucking pro.
Clip Studio Paint. Been my go to for over 5 years at this point!
Photoshop...
...And apparently, everyone hates photoshop...
...I like to see the world burn
I primarily use affinity designer for my digital artwork. I'll occasionally use aseprite to get pixel art for texturing and blender for 3D models.
Krita, because I can't be bothered to learn or buy CSP or Photoshop

Clip Studio Paint for line work. Photoshop for coloring and photoshopping.
Mainly Krita and Photoshop [for editing].
And Illustrator for my vector, lineless pieces.
I use Inkscape for vector art and most of my graphic design workflow. Krita for raster art (unless it's Drawpile with friends or something). Pixelorama for pixel art.

Sketchbook!
Used to also be Prisma3D, but it got a absolutely terrible update, and is now unusable
