Hi, im new to making music and newgrounds in general and i need to know if your allowed to remix other people's songs. Do you need to ask them, or only if they say to? any info helps please! (yes i know i joined 2021 but i haven't logged in since.)

Remixes are fine as long as you have the permission of the copyright holder or the song is in the public domain. The rest of the audio guidelines still apply.
