if it counts, a lot of my favorite songs when i was a preteen are ones i discovered through animation memes. yknow, those things that were popular on youtube in the 2010s that were mostly just looping animations to music with someone's furry OC? off the top of my head a few of them are Destroy Me by Mr. Kitty, Battle Tapes's remix of Sweatpants by Childish Gambino, and Amfetamin by Never Get Used To People. thats all i can really think of... i cant think of any songs i've found from 'real' memes
