Something that I ADORE is a petite girl with big gauntlets or boots on. It always has my heart because the dichotomy of a tiny cute girl with just an ENORMOUS pair of boots is so funny and cute.

-Incomprehensibly massive divine beings
-Giant monsters that are just men in suits
-Andross's final form
Characters that are limbless or have detachable limbs such as rayman, vectorman and plok are favorites of mine
I like baggy clothes, especially pants. Very cool and grungy.
As for "character" in terms of personality, my favorite thing is seeing a serious or stoic character put in a silly situation. Like Kiryu or Zoro

I fully agree, especially as you have to show emotion through other means - body movement, gesture in the eyes etc.
i love the tropes about waifus with big buns & big jugs
I like REAL big shoes or poofy trousers / shorts, they look fucking solid and really helps ground the character

honestly i really like characters that contrast cutesy stuff with disturbing [ like blood / gore or body horror or whatever ] or surreal / bizzare imagery. just cute contrasted with horror on one character in general actually . i just think its Neat

RAINBOW!
non-mundane hair colors (specially if that's the char's natural hair color);
unusual eyes (non-round pupils, etc.);
female characters (sapient or not) with a monstrous look (rek'sai, kangaskhan, etc.)

Great point! I love artificer and inventor characters, who tend to also be these! All sorts of stuff you can do with either magic items or wacky gadgets!
