I'm not one to complain about P-Bot's Daily Picks, but this is starting to get a bit tiring.

It's ridiculous that these 8-frame loops with unrelated music slapped on top keep showing up here, beating actual movies. JUNK MAIL and SHOES both have an awesome style and have actual substance and heart put into them. The fact that these music gifs often rank much higher feels sleazy.

The best I can say about #1 is that it isn't 8 seconds long lol

Okay, now having watched all other entries, this is unacceptable.

We have so many artists, so many animators nowadays and all of them work months if not years to deliver a project, just to be hardstomped by fucking kinky garbage. Seeing these things be rejected by the community does bring a smile to my face. Yea that feels like an oversight if the user can overwrite the rating that a mod has given their project @TomFulp

Fetish stuff is an automatic A rating, a mod changed it from its original M after it got daily first I believe, but the poster seems to have changed it back. Mod A rating changes should be more absolute IMO

Reminder to everyone: No, we don't have a tool to re-run the daily P-Bot post. Some day I'd like have a tool for that and some day I'd like to re-run existing awards based on items that have been switched from M to A.

I have a 100% foolproof solution to end this problem but a lot of you aren't going to like it: I think we should consider ending the daily awards and daily P-Bot post. A good number of people here already don't like that scores are given to submissions, so there's already a bunch of people onboard with this idea by default.

It would make the next front page overhaul more streamlined, since P-Bot always has to get shoehorned in there. Maybe it would be a step towards removing scores altogether.
