Wanted to personally recommend all of NobeyOne's animations. As a huge fan of PilotRedSun, Wainstop Enterprises, and cboyardee, I think he's a spiritual successor; with his own twist. Really like the surrealism of his concepts, and wholly original. Here is the second episode of his series (I feel this was more dynamic than the first episode).
This creator is relatively new on Newgrounds, with only two animations. Now, this was his first submission which was wholly original and honestly very well animated / edited / voiced etc. It likely didn't get as much attention as he hoped, so he went on to make a Mario parody, which always performs well in multimedia platform(ers, hehe). I feel his original work should get a spotlight, considering you can tell he spent a lot of time working on it.

One warning about one of the games. Ascended opens up the moment you learn how to run from battles, it's possible to 100% the game with 0 grinding and not fighting a single random encounter. It is actually the most feature complete newgrounds game on the site if you go for 100%, as long as a real rpg. Though all side quest is optional making it possible to beat the game the game in under an hour, this is also the most impressively coded rpg maker game on newgrounds due to them perfectly recreating SMT Nocturne press turn combat and all the abilities. The game is purposefully trollish and unassuming. The other game is 30 minutes lol and is pretty good!
