December Drawing Challenge General

October might be the most popular month for month-long drawing challenges, but they exist for December, too! At least they do now, because I made one myself. Please be afraid of De(mon)cember.

Warm your icy hearts with the fires of Hell and make some demons and monsters why don't ya.

Only 15 prompts because I prefer challenges where you can take 2 days to do each, or bank some up so you can do holiday stuff, finish your Secret Santa or whatever else. Plus, I'm posting this a few days early to give any participants time to mentally prepare and/or get a head-start.

Of course, like October, anyone can take a different daily/bi-daily challenge and do that instead, take two challenges and combine them, whatever. Just dump em all here. Here we gooo, wheeee~

That actually sounds interesting. Might give it a go if I have time. I got 4 weeks of overtime and haven't begun to think about present shopping but if I'm able to get a couple of doodles in, it'll be a win.

Ya know, whenever I see one of these things, I always sit there and say, "Maybe next year," but this time around, I think I'll actually give it a shot! Already got some ideas with these prompts! Can't wait to see what everyone comes up with!

might design some Guys with this challenge . maybe even have them in an old ocverse that my brain is going insane over again as a little treat

God dammit! I forgot how much of a bitch sprite clean up is... But I'm here! I'm alive! Don't cancel my membership! That said, I think I'm going to have to make these a bit simpler moving forward. Also, I must apologize, as this sprite is sadly Unfinished. I can't allow myself to finish it because, by nature of me being me, I'll get so focused that the others will fail to materialize! So I did my best to make it look presentable, at the very least. When this event is over, I'll go back and try to fix whatever didn't get finished properly. Again my apologies.

Also, @Skoops, I need to ask you a very serious question.

As I was looking for a quick abbreviation for "De(mon)cember" I couldn't help but notice that when I separate the core parts, it comes out as "Dmc"

So my question is, did you do that on purpose, and are you that much of a goddamn nerd? >:[

MUSCLE

Due to the brush I used for a lot of this work, I had to figure out a new way to color lineart. That is when I discovered Krita's coloring mask feature. It's always so satisfying to me when I discover new features in Krita.

I don't see why it'd cause trouble. The demon is a cardiac muscle? That's an interesting take~

thought it could be out of the E rating. I’m still not used to forums in general so I got a bit scared I would post this wrong.
