Happy Thanksgiving! I could make a post today about all the things we’re thankful for here at NG but I have a feeling a number of you would be thankful for the Halloween Spooktacular results, so here they are!
Top Four Animation
🏆 1st - $300
@MaxJohnsonINK’s dark and creepy tale of a small-town butcher left a lasting impression.
🏆 2nd - $150
@DanielCuervo crafted dreamlike, unsettling imagery in this modern take on a First Nations legend.
🏆 3rd - $75
@Ghost-Bat lightened the mood with this delightful Halloween bop!
🏆 4th - $50
@AntonM shares a surreal story, utilizing a mix of 2D and 3D.

Top Three Games
🏆 1st - $300
With its fun enemy grabbing mechanic, satisfying game progression and all around polish, Grunge is a blast to play from start to finish.
🏆 2nd - $150
We all love miniguns in games and Grandpa’s packs a wallop. @jefvel is multi-talented, having handled the entire game production right down to the catchy music. Post-Halloween updates and an addictive gameplay loop have made this the overall biggest hit of the season!
🏆 3rd - $50
@Butzbo’s world is always a joy to dive into. Last year’s Curse of the Sock fit the Castlevania genre, while this year is more Zelda. It’s all Butzbo, though.

“An incredibly clean produced poppy Halloween tune from @Trippple. On top of being well produced, the lyrics add another aspect to this piece that I believe really sets the Halloween vibe.” -TeraVex
