Looking for 3D Char. Model Designer

​Greetings,
Let me introduce myself. My name is Jessie Yun, a lead director, producer and a writer for an upcoming animated series named "The Glasses Agency". It's about a secret agency, formed with best but worst agents, catching dangerous criminals wearing high-tech glasses in a "glasses vs. contact lens" world. And we're currently searching for 3D character artists.

We are now planning to create a pilot animation first, and we will decide whether to continue on the series, depending on the receptions. When we get to continue the series, it will be 100% paid.
Here's the full info for you what I'm planning to.

Series Name : The Glasses Agency
Type : 3D Animation in Pixar/Disney Style
Paid/Unpaid : Unpaid (but we're planning to pay you 100$ by gathering donation bills after we release the pilot animation)
Animator : We already have an animator. You only need to create the models of each character.
Characters : We would have to ask you more, but only 5 are urgent right now.
Audio : Casting complete. Going in editing.

So you want extremely high quality models for essentially no money? If you don't have guaranteed payment, you have to realize that you're going to have to settle for something of lower quality. Asking for Disney style quality in return of no money is absurd for anyone of that skill level considering how much work they go through rendering their models out.

I understand that you're willing to pay that person later, but it's not guaranteed that that person is absolutely going to get the payment that was promised since it's highly possible that not enough people will donate. If you broadened your scope of quality this would not be as much of an issue, but I believe that what you're asking for in return for what you're willing to give is a bit much.

Thanks for posting. Whilst I am interested in this, I can offer very little help. If you were to guarantee the $100 payment, I would be more than happy to supply you with the turn-around drawings for a 3d modeler to model, and even then it would be charity, as you need 5 character in 3d models, and I charge $60 per turn-around, so doing all 5 for $100 would be my way of helping out, if that interests you, let me know, but if you can't assure payment professionals would very much disregard this completely.
