Why? What's wrong with the title? It's meant to say Desistance, it means: "to cease, as from some action or proceeding; stop."

That part's fine, but Original usually has an R in it.

Not the first time I've been asked this, but the answer is a simple one:
Since the deadline is Midnight, that technically falls upon the next day at 12 am, which is the 10th. 12 am is Midnight, while 12 pm is Noon. Perhaps I should make future deadlines 11:59 pm in order to avoid any confusion. I'm sure one minute less won't be an issue.

Just an update on my condition for all the contestants here:
I will be getting surgery on July 28th to repair a chronically dislocating left shoulder. This means I won't be able to play guitar for a couple months...
Buuuuuuut I am a musician who can play several different instruments, and I am able to compose without a live instrument as well. So I have decided to stay IN this competition (if I am able to keep winning) and beat you all one-handed!
However, if my songs become really, really weird, you'll know it's the meds.
