I'm new to Newgrounds... its a great site - one of the best sites on the Internet in my humble opinion.

I agree with most Portal visitors. The "clock" animation is unbelievably poor. Their own website attempts to get all the members to vote 5 on the animations to protect them.

This vote is not based on the movies merit.

The "Clock Crew" should host their flash movies on their own site and no longer steal the bandwidth of Newgrounds.

I gotta laugh after having read ALL 32 pages of this thread for the last 2 hours. First because it shows that I truly get that bored and secondly because it's 4 years old. I think people should continue to blam the crap that the clock crew continues to submit and if and when they do submit something thats of any quality vote on it fairly. You can't just start banning groups of collaborators becuse their flash is lame because if you do where do you stop? I've seen some really good flash as the result of people working together are you going to ban them too? If you really want to send a message to artists that you dislike DON'T view their submissions. Do the math. The number of times viewed as well as the number of votes count toward entry of the day/week/month correct? Realistically less than half of the people who do view a movie actually bother to vote and even less than that give a mediocre flash a positive vote. You can get back at mass voting (and what's that maybe 150 votes including bogus accounts?) by not viewing. No views means less attention and that means either they get better or they simply go away like a bad 80's band ( Winger, Skid Row, etc.) Sure, some of their entries are going to get past judgement but, if no one sees them after that, they fall so far down the list that they won't be missed. In the end everyone wins. Except...... Anyway, everyone walks on dirt and fruit lives on dirt. If it stays there it's gonna get squashed.

First of all, the so-called "cc gang"(created by the mass, created for the mass) represents one of the major problems of this society, they don't take themselfs seriously..

The main reason why the "cc gang" Is still amongst "us" Is because Tom(or Wade Fulp) find them very usefull(They're almost starting to become an Icon of NG, and that's negative) because they make flashes(Everyone can animate, the "cc gang" can't draw) of poor quality(I've seen the "good" ones and they're not Interesting because of the poorly drawn characters and backgrounds, raping songs seems to be a bad habit to) and because of these mocking and bad drawn flashes they've created a "fanclub" that think this Is all so "cooooollll", "<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3"....
Most "new" "clock followers" don't even know what flash Is...

I watched the first submission listed and I was disgusted by the harsh comments they made about other flash artists. I am very dissipointed with some of the viewers that do not blow the whistle on these hateful submissions, but agree with them and give the flashes good scores!(even though everybody has an oppinion). I am more upset with the authors and animaters of those stories! They should at least AIM the person who pissed them off so much and discuss it without telling the innocent people of Newgrounds about it! It disgusts me!

i absoluetely despise the clock crew...although im sure its true that people specifically hunt down their entries and mass zero them....the clock crew does the same thing when submitting entries of their own and gives them all fives in an attempt to artificially pass bad material into the portal. They are a nuisance...idk if you need to ban them but i will continue to blam their submissions that are under judgement...unless of course they actually submit something quality

You know there was a time when I enjoyed clock movies. It was a time when flash authors, even with questionnable flash skills could do decent movies and jokes by using easy to draw but still stylish characters: the clocks. Even more, for those who didn't have a microphone or good voiceacting could add dialogue to their movies. In other terms, easy to do do but still decent flash. Then came a bunch of f*ckers who thought it would be cool to blam every movie just to get blam points. Then, blam points regulation came in and they couldn't get easy blam points so they started to pick on the clock crew. Now if they were a coalition of flash authors thinking that the clock crew sucks because of their flash skills, it would be almost acceptable, even if I think this kind of author is a stuck up prick. As for the rest of the clock haters, most of them don't even have a decent flash movie under their name. So the general idea is :

I HAD FUN WATCHING CLOCK MOVIES UNTIL A BUNCH OF F*UCKERS WITH SHITTY FLASH SKILLS DECIDED IT WOULD BE COOL TO PICK ON THE CLOCK CREW JUST TO FEEL SUPERIOR AND RUINED MY FUN DAMN IT!!!

This being said, vote wisely, good flash movies aren't easy to do so have some respect for the authors.
