The world is a hope
I strike a poser,
Then I strike the pose myself,
It's all about strikes.
Strike and counter strike,
Trading words and trading blows
Until no one wins.
Borderline boredom
Is never a problem when
Your life is a game
In this game called life,
I refuse to let others
push their rules on me.
I reserve the right
To make my own decisions
for my life, my way.
The rules of the fool
Are meaningless to the wise,
Best to be ignored.
I play D & D
The same as I play my life:
Chaotic evil.

A handy brand, hammering
Minions of evil
I wish justice was
As easy in life, as in
All those games we play
Right and wrong as clear.
Wisdom you can level with
Each diligent step
The world is easy
With simple rules, made to make
Most of every wake

Bright winter light, moonshine high

Cold, dull steel morning;

Selfishly distant.
The sun's burning rage

of light. Brusque failure.

Shellfish defiant
Wont yield even with shield down
Force field come on off
Winter's bitter breath
Chills me to my very soul,
No warmth to be found.

The days whisk away
In whispers of gray and dusk
Like rug rats, routine
I remember the
Good old days, when days were not
Good or old, just days
A timid being
Not leaping, shouting, playing
In water fountains
Sometimes feel a need
To do something impulsive
Like that! But instead
I'm looking forward
And looking back, at my past
And at consequence
Stray thoughts ricochet
Like parabellum bullets
In parallel lives
Infinite ideas
Flow through like rushing water,
Blink, and you miss them.
A nap, a doze off,
A flutter of the eyelids
And ideas roam free
Endless streams - a sea!
An endless blue and yet, we
Wake up and forget.
A day well wasted
Staring at a screen for hours

Back into slumber
I fall and grow dumber, but
Sleep is not all
Waste, life is not all
Haste, how I spend my days is
Always to chase bliss
