He recklessly put the lives of others in danger for his own personal enjoyment. Think about how asinine the situation was and how indifferent he is to everyone else around him. Regardless of his celebrity status, this is not an ideal citizen of society and if it were anyone else, ANYONE, I would hold them with same amount of contempt for their stupidity.

Reckless driving, yes. Pretty much anything that he did that was bad and hit headlines.
If you're in a situation where you're frequently made to listen to his music against your will (like if you work somewhere that always plays it, or you're a parent of a fan) then you're free to hate him all you want. Otherwise, just quickly acknowledge that he sucks and shut the fuck up.

He needs attention 24/7, and he does stupid things. He also started abusing his power and did bad things. If he was a normal person he would have probably had 3 more arrests for doing things like being stoned, pissing in a bucket, etc. He actually got arrested though for the drunk driving thing.
And hear this... he smiles for his mugshot! This kid doesn't even accept the things that he did wrong.
Also a lot of people hate him because of his songs, and the way they sound.
