I've just been randomly going over the responses you competitors have given me for the reviews once again. Just wanted to say it's a real pleasure getting to know you all through the responses, your process while making the music, and your agreements/disagreements with my feedback. Reviewing so many NGADM tracks is an insane amount of work, but on my end it's worth it since not only do I enjoy reviewing in the first place, but the response is awesome too. So yeah just wanted to get that out of my system - thanks!

I'm sorry to do this so late into this round and the competition, but I'm afraid I have to drop out. My parents, married 26 years are suddenly getting separated, their quarrels.. escalated. I can't handle this trauma as well as make any worthwhile music. I feel horrible about everything, but I had a good time competing, and I wish good luck to the other competitors. I just need less on my plate right now between work, my band, and my quickly changing home life. I'm sorry everyone. :<

Quite understandable... I've been there too, and it's not fun. Take all the time you need, and you will be greatly missed in the competition.

Aw man, I'm really sorry to hear that. I can't imagine how tough of an experience that is.

Regarding the competition, to me it somewhat seems like we've reached a point in the competition where exchanging a drop-out with the highest-scoring loser of the last round is a bit... redundant... for lack of a better word. But that's just what I think, and I'm really quite indecisive. I'll have a talk with Echo and possibly the other judges about it. This is of course assuming @headphoamz is even up for taking the place of Kor-Rune in the first place!

Anyway, hopefully we'll reach a decision soon, especially since the deadline is the 20th! Thanks for letting us know Kor-Rune. All the best.

It seems like the majority of judges I've asked seem to agree that it's a bit too late in the contest to do this replacing thing. Sorry headphoamz! @steampianist, you make it through to the finals! We're still expecting a submission from you though.

It's saddening to hear that Kor-Rune isn't going to be carrying on in the contest. :C If nobody's replacing him, then that means there are 3 people left. Does that mean that johnfn, steampianist and I are officially, in no particular order, first, second and third? Jusssss wond'rin! ^_^
