I want to animate, but when I went looking for Flash, It said it was 700$! Am I missing something or is there a cheaper version? PLZ help, I've been a member for about 2 or 3 years and I haven't done ANYTHING!!!
Have a read of this. It's about as good a start point as any, and most of the programs listed there are free, too.
