I wish I could live in a world where it wasnt so taboo even now in 2012, to want to ask a girl out, to eventually have sex with her. We should have the right to openly admit and state without any shame or embarasment our intentions.

If the girl says no, then she says no, but I dont think the girl should have an attitude towards this perfect world idea.

Both boys and girls know when they are thinking of sex. No boy can ever really trick a girl with the lets go do math trick, but the girl will fall for it on purpose to have sex, but if the guy asks it directly, its wrong? Like either way, thats what the boy wants. And no, its not polite or respectful, its deceitful and tricky to ask her to go to math homework.

Its like if I ask the girl to ask sex and she is remind that its gross, then why is it not gross when we get there indirectly? Could it be because the girl is a closet whore? Or could it be because she is a liar and like any other HUMAN being, she wants, likes, craves, loves, and needs Sex??

And why is sex and relationships always targeted? Girls dont have to be afraid, they dont always have to be dominated, so they shouldnt be so scared as to accept their fate indirectly, by being tricked and shit. They always know what the guy wants, they just choose to be blind and believe they are actually gonna go home and do math.

That's not quite what he described. He's talking about disguising questions such as "wanna have sex?" with "wanna come over to my place and do math homework?" as if there's something wrong about being direct; he's not suggesting that people having sex on a whim would make the world a better place.

I think OP makes a good point, but I don't think this issue is significant enough to describe a "perfect world" as a world without indirect bullshit.

He did include two examples for "Perfect World," one in which the girl says yes and one in which she says no, as well as saying "If the girl says no, then she says no," so he's not saying everyone should just agree to have sex when asked for it.

I kinda get what you're saying. Better to just be honest about your feelings. Sex is either gonna happen or not, why talk about math first? Why should talking about sex up front make you a slut or a pervert? (although it seems like you got a couple different issues going on at once)

However, I think females might be partially genetically pre-wired to have some apprehension about sex because of the possibility of pregnancy, since contraception is pretty recent in terms of human evolution. There ends up being a primordial need to make sure the male isn't going to just leave them to fend for themselves, so you gotta pass a test first. (obviously, nurture can override nature here)

Who's to know when someone is asking for sex? If he's talking about himself, that sounds like a personal problem. Anyone not asking directly for sex is using their brain because they could damage a potentially sexual relationship with a person that would like to get to know someone first.

Again, it's not like there aren't people who do this. They're usually the more outgoing, rave, maybe into drugs type of person. People not like that like to get to know a person. It's preference.

Winrar1337 got it right. I am not saying that we should simply ask strangers for sex. This is talking about when you already know someone. Usually, when a lot of flirting has happened, often or not, directly asking for sex, or even when there is a good friendship both curious about sex, suddenly destroys the chances of obtaining it.

I had a girl-friend last year. We got very close. I indirectly mentioned sex, used the word, but didnt imply or say we should have it. It was something indirect, but yet we got interested. What happened was as it got more and more direct, because I just took it more directly, she backed off, whereas when I was being more indirect, she was interested.

Lets say you are dating someone, its your 10th date. Even by then, 90% of guys probably will never ask directly to go have sex. Girls always want to be taken to boys' homes for other purposes, and then when sex is brought up, well it just happened it wasn't intentional. Shit like that is hoax, girls shouldnt buy into that, of course he wants sex, and of course she wants it. They should just get it over with and do it. A direct approach doesnt mean all he cares about is sex, it usually means, "lets get sex out of the way". Boys want to secure sex, and girls are picky about who they have it with, but to masquerade around fucking pisses me off.

Ive learned that today, its really hard for me to get anyone to be a very close girlfirend unless I spend a LOT of time with her first, and then nonchalantly ask her to "hang out". Then it has to happen for a while before I reel her in.

Unless its magically easy to give a girl ur number at the supermarket, I often imagine that to be more easier and more direct, and less hassle.

Regardless, my motives and for most boys to have a girlfriend is 1.) Companion of other sex 2.) Sex

We care more about the actual girl and hanging out with her(if she isnt a slut), but we want sex also just as bad.

Not all girls are the same. Some girls won't go for it directly and would rather a boy talking about something else in the meantime. Some girls however, like for a guy to be straight up and tell her he want's sex.

There are literally thousands of ways for me to insult this topic, but I'm going in a different direction with the following statement.

A perfect world is illogical and an impossibility, for one's idea of "perfect" are subjective and differ from one mind to another.

This is something I brought up in my Communications class (and I may make a thread out of this later), that the norm is for people to "hang out" and be friends until maybe something happens. It's a load of crap, especially if like you mentioned both people are aware of the attraction.

I decided a couple months back that I'm going to be completely confident and open about what I want out of relationships with girls, and it's worked out great. Again, like you mentioned, I've been rejected, but holy shit that is so much better than being stuck in some "friend zone" bullshit.

And to clarify, I'm not going around saying "Let's have sex" because I agree with those of you that have said this is rude and very unattractive, but I've been very specific in saying that I want to date and have more than just a friendship.

It's wrong that most guys today treat or see women as sex objects. It's horrible really.

Agreed on the human population part and most of the rest. But Ive always thought that subjects are just as worse as objects. In fact, Kings back in the day used to love their objects, like Gold and Diamonds, yet treated their subjects(slaves/servants) like crap.

We should not refer human beings as subjects, thats just a tricky term.
