Drew the lot of these on PowerPoint, part of a set of 16. I've finished 15 of them so far...
To be continued in the next post.

Part 2
Just one more left to go, I'm not sure when I'll be starting on that one. I plan to release all 16 on Newgrounds properly.
WIP. And yes, this has been exclusively drawn on PowerPoint so far.
I'll probably start using Sketchbook for the colours / lights / shading later on, but yeah.

New art submission, an avatar done in the same way as my current one.
Quick drawing of my DND character. Halfling monk. First to have been finished with the new tablet.
I like to think I've improved. I hope I've improved...
It is my hope that one day, I can redraw all the assets that used to be on troisnyx.co.uk before it went offline, and prepare for a redesign fit for that website.

I think it's as done as I can make it. Will post an improvement meme on Twitter / DeviantArt later.

Recently finished. Done exclusively on PowerPoint. This was, at once, the last drawing to use the Trust Flex, and the first one to use my new Intuos S.
Interior is that of the actual parish church I attend, so there was a combination of things from memory and from photo references.
Only rough but I really, desperately wanted to get this out of the way and never see it again.
Doodled this last night, in emotional response to knowing the grade I will soon be prepared for if examined on the drums. PowerPoint sketch. Threw realism out the window in favour of a pose that oozes life.
What makes this especially emotional to me is that I have only been playing kit for two years. In that time, and many years prior, I'd experienced things that no aspiring drummer (or no one for that matter) should ever experience. I drew this to process several feelings — vindication, validation, shock, humility, encouragement, fear... There are many more I can't pinpoint but they're raging through me, and I poured at least some of these into the sketch.
Did this over the evening. It sums up some of my feelings right about now.
WIP, near-done, I think. Drew the lot on PowerPoint, even the effects. Some earlier slides of the work in progress can be round on the left.

A proposed Newgrounds skin, which, if all goes well, might grace the background when auditions kick off!
Lineart version:
Those are MS PowerPoint outlines, yo. The colouring was done on Sketchbook. I'll upload this properly onto Newgrounds when the auditions for the NGADM kick off.
I am also chipping away at the other art assets for this year's NGADM, including promo poster and banner artwork. It is a major anniversary -- it'll be 10 years this year since the first NGADM was held -- and many of us on the audio side of Newgrounds really feel it's a thing to be celebrated. Hopefully this'll give more visibility to the competition this year!
I love this piece!!! Awesome poses and colors! Great work 🙌🙌🙌

Thank you ❤️ I'll be doing some more for the winners soon, please stay tuned!
A redrawing of a newish NG mascot character is in progress. Some of you might recognise her from the NGADM 2019 poster. She is ArchetypeZ8, a character conceived for the still-in-progress NG Audio Drama. I gave her suit more articulation and detail than back then.
Outlines on PowerPoint, and below is the colouring process, which I'm using Autodesk Sketchbook for.

Awesome! Looking forward to it.
More NGADM-related assets.
Poured a lot of emotion into these ones. Probably kissing a dream goodbye.

Gathering together a series of banners I will be using through the month of December, before Christmas Day. Drew them mostly on PowerPoint; only a portion of the flat colour was done on Sketchbook. I'm not quite sure how to put it as an art submission just yet.
These will be my Newgrounds and Twitter banners, with a change on each Sunday.
EDIT: Hm, the res has gone down dramatically with me posting these images. I'll figure out a way to upload them at full resolution at some point; if I do, it'll come in a reply to this post.

Now on Newgrounds!
Previous laptop gave up the ghost. After a few days of waiting, a replacement, a refurbished laptop, came in the post today and my beloved helped me set it up. This was the first PowerPoint drawing I did on said laptop (with my Intuos S plugged in, granted) -- the screen is 12" so it's smaller than what I've been used to of late, but it appears I haven't done too badly with it, and could get used to it.
You'll probably be seeing this character around a bit more.

Drawn on MS Paint for Windows 7.
Lighting and background done on GIMP 2.6.
Paint filter added on PowerPoint 2010.
This picture dates back to May 2011, and it's my first decent digital drawing. Ever. Kirby's pose is inspired by the slow close-up from the second Hoshi no Kaabii intro.
You are like wine, you gotten so much better with age, it shocks me.

That is exceedingly high praise. Thank you so much.
I noticed you cited the first post I made here and it actually feels humbling for me to go to my roots and see just where and how I began. It took me an awful lot of asking for help and receiving pointers from other artist friends over the years, but this year in particular, something seems to have clicked.

To me, I try to actually look at the artwork you made from your origin to start. I do the same to my own work. It is crazy to think I was a line artist and traditional media, but converted to so many styles and mediums.
With the NGADM 2019 winners having been announced on @GroundsPatrol, I am finally at liberty to post any finished posters for the top placers of this competition. Beginning with this one, the first one I've finished.
