I really want to make pixel animation. Only way i have figured out to do it is by using a secondary program like photoshop or paint to make the drawings and then put them together in flash or any other animation/film program. But that takes just way too long. So do any of you know of a way for me to make pixel animation in flash? or maybe a program i can use?

Game Maker's sprite editor works very well. Its .gmk files are also a convenient storage medium.
Good pixelmation takes a long time. There's no substitute for hard work.
I've used:
Graphics Gale
and
Gimp
To make mine.
