I'm after a cheap 12-string acoustic, so I asked about where to find one on sputniks guitarist forum, mentioning how through personal experience I've found that cheap guitars can be just as well toned as expensive guitars, once I've tweaked them abit.
Like I found an old, no-brand, worn acoustic guitar on a carboot sale once, bought it for £5. After I'd replaced the bridge, fitted new strings, gave it a thorough clean/regluing and filed the frets etc., its turned into really nice guitar, compared to a £400 Ovation, owned by this guy that me and Nev know.

So I ask about cheap 12 strings, and they're all saying
'Don't get a shitty cheap one, get this £300 one!'
or
'I was going to make a suggestion, but then I read the part where you said cheap acoustics can be better than expensive ones. That is the stupidest thing I've ever heard'

I was hoping it would come out this year, but since it's a concept album and will be a double album, I guess it's better to wait longer. Hopefully the wait will be worth it.

acoustic can give off such an eerie and disturbing feeling on a track (take Phalenes Et Pestilence of peste noires first album) the acoustic bit at the beginning makes that track amazing, and lets not forget borknager origin a slightly different example of the amazing effect acoustic can give
