You can, just link to the song's page on amazon in your flash credit section, and you should be fine; and make sure everyone knows it's non-profit.

I think we should definitely do this. While there's a lot of stuff in the audio portal, the number of good songs in certain genres is still very limited. It would be too bad if you had to drop your project because you can't find the right songs on Newgrounds.
Anyway, I understand we have to put a halt to this at one point. By now Newgrounds has grown a bit too large to go and disrespect the rules/laws.
I actually don't mind this and think this is the way to go. Sure, NG was practically built upon parodies of copyrighted material, but NG and the whole internet has matured since then. Besides, the old material is still here and I bet you that there will be new material like this popping up every now and then as well without any issues. So there's really nothing we're missing out on since the best stuff on NG features only original work and nothing else.

As long as the dick I'm sucking is a photo of your own dick and you are over 18, and you file paperwork stating the model in the picture is you, with a copy of your driver's license for us to keep on file.

Well, for music, you had already found the brilliant solution that is the audio portal.
What I would also like to see, are some sound effects in the audio portal, maybe even a specific page for it.

Might I remind you that the users who make money are using ad revenue which is using the ads, not the video itself. Therefore, we're still safe using ad revenue. If I sold my music videos on DVD, on the other hand, I'm liable to be sued.

hmmm.. I have a small poster of the jonah's brothers inside a garage of the game i'm working on.. hope that's okay... other than that.. everything was drawn by me.. and music and voice work was done by people on NG.

It all makes sense really.. We have a huge community here with endless possibilities. Considering there is now an art portal they can easily get art for their flash icons with permission from the artist. Same goes for the audio portal, every day I come across things in there that could be used in flashes easily and would be great in flashes.
Good news really, I don't see any problems with this.
Maybe I'm talking out of my ass, but here's a few paragraphs of butthurt for you.
It's good that you've finally taken the liberty to tell us all to attempt being NG exclusive in our works; that move can help us become a unified system rather than dueling medias. The only problem is that the Flash Portal overshadows all the other portals almost entirely. For instance, at any given point on the front page, there is 24 movies and games featured, not including the 8 featured collections and top 5 of the day; while the audio portal only shares a low-flying and hardly impacting four spots, and the art portal shares eight slots.
An idea is to bring back NG Byte-Size again and have more 'advertised' featured artists in their respected fields. Another is to bring back artist interviews, but not be exclusive to flash, as to give everyone a chance. I can name a dozen incredible artists in the Art and Audio Portal right now who get great reviews, high scores and lots of fame but have nothing to show from it except some varying numbers.
I'd like to see more additions like this in the upcoming redesign if possible, because this is a bit unfair, and will grow more unfair and unbalanced when the Literature Portal comes in.
i'm just gonna go ahead and say that game companies (well nintendo for sure) are ok with it, i remember reading on their website that they do enjoy third party creations, so long as credit is given too them, of course, but i can only say that for nintendo, i dunno about others, if you don't believe me look it up, it's on their website

Newgrounds became to well known and now all the companies are wanting to ban their things uses.
