No matter when I fall asleep, I can't stop waking up at 4PM unless I have a really good reason to get out of bed. I have tried adjusting my eating habits, falling asleep at around 12, and have set my alarm constantly. I get up when my alarm goes off, turn it off, and go right back to bed. I don't understand what is wrong with me, it's like my body is just forcing me back to sleep. I love sleep and always have, mainly because I love dreaming. I think i have grown addicted to sleep or something. Blech.
