I would utlise the money to fund a project that results in a species of autonomous robots of large scales. They would roam about in a nice manner and try their best not to hurt things. They would have artificial intelligence so they could explore and analyse all sorts of interesting things, make good decisions and be able to come up with their own concepts.
I think they'd end up being tall tentacled beasts. They'd be programmed to be nice so they don't do anything bad on purpose.
I would also dump some money into multiple miltary projects, cleaner and more efficient long distance travelling and help fund many scientific/medical projects(preferably of relation to fusion power, growing meat in labs, space travel and improving/repairing the senses of people).
If it were possible I would buy North Korea and give it to South Korea and help fund the re-education of the North and the dismantling of their government.
Honestly, if I had that much money I would do as much as I physically could to improve and change the world, it's inhabits and create glorious dynamic artworks for people to appreciate.

I'd build an underground facility and equip it with the best technology there is. Later i'd capture all the smartest people in the world, imprison them in my facility and force them to build stuff for me like a super armor. I'd also create a super soldier project. Once my army of totaly obediant ubersoldiers would be complete, i'd have them attack the worlds super powers first (USA, Russia, China etc.), and later i'd take over the rest.
