Whether or not Jerich0 (and other modders) should be allowed on the leaderboard was something we voted on in the last thread and the majority response was that they shouldn't.

That pretty much sums it up. Anything that exploits games to gain an unfair advantage like using a lag switch. And anything that boosts gamerscore like gamesaving. If we know that people do these things they shouldn't be allowed on the leaderboard.

I don't know what the homebrew hack is but if it's what I imagine then it shouldn't be grounds to chuck you off the leaderboard. Although you want to be careful talking about doing things like that because it might be against the BBS rules.

I don't know that we need to be that strict. By those standards I could be kicked out because I opened up my console to try and fix the heatsink when I got E74 last year. I think it should at least be something that effects how you play games.

I agree...There are plenty of time I wish I had a turbo controller but as you can see they arnt sold to often now a days...

After finishing Resident Evil 5 again on the lowest difficulty and grabbing my reward costumes I took a break and noticed that I unintentionally hit a flat amount of 98,000. Neat.

Considering I'm in position now to unlock infinite ammo for whatever gun I choose I will probably go up another 200-300 GS in this game by tomorrow. The only thing that may take a while is getting all the money together to get "Take it to the Max" and "Stockpile" again.

I think this is fine. Basically it's fine as long as you're not doing anything that gives you an unfair advantage either in a game or unlocking achievements.
I would consider getting my xbox chipped for the sole purpose of using it as a multi-region dvd player but I'm not gonna risk getting perma banned just for that.

All I've played for the last few days is Assassin's Creed 2. Now I've got this massive urge to play something else, something I can just chill out and enjoy without having to think about some annoying things I should be collecting or some achievements I could miss which will force me to play the whole game again. I have a stupid number of games but I can't find one that suits my mood perfectly.
I love playing games so much but sometimes it's hard to switch off my obsessive/compulsive side and just relax and enjoy dicking about.
