Played DmC over my friend's house today. It's a sort of decent action game in its own right, but as a Devil May Cry game, it's absolutely shit. Game doesn't feel fast-paced and fluid at all on the Unreal Engine, style meter system is horrible (durr spam X constantly with the axe to SSS sotough2master), the story and writing is so laughably bad and edgy, and worst of all, it's so fucking EASY (even on Dante Must Die). Good lord I could go on and on.

However, I have changed my mind with regards to borrowing it, it's a simple 1000g to get so I may get it from my friend to blast through in a couple of hours at a later date.

Against my better judgement, I borrowed DMC4 so i'll be gaining approximately 5g per week.

Also happy 21st to Dean you're a big boy now.

I don't know how much achievements i'm gonna pop over the next week or so. Been working 30 hours this week, and thinking of borrowing Skyrim next week.

No, I think it's pretty uncommon. I've gotten more than 12 hours per week so far. I almost don't mind and I'm not too interested in questioning it.

I bought X-Com yesterday, really quite fun and I ended up playing it with a house mate for a few hours. We have a Latino woman who specialises in heavy weaponry, we decided to call her Michelle Rodriguez, and one day she'll sacrifice herself.

I managed to hit exactly 50,000 gamerscore but I'm over it now. Really fun game.

I'm starting Lego Lord of the Rings. Pretty damn excited.

Obtained all the Miracles in Dark Souls.

Finished off the sequences in Assassin's Creed 3 last night, I didn't start enoying the game until sequence 8, yet the game felt really rushed from sequence 10 onwards, and the ending felt really unsatisfying and unfulfilling. I want to get all single-player cheevos but I'll get around to that another time once I've finished other games.

I want to start Batman: Arkham City, Saints Row the Third or Lollipop Chainsaw next. I'm leaning towards Batman but I'll see what I feel like tomorrow.

I thought people said the Mass Effect 3 multiplayer was fun. Its not, honestly. I was expecting more than just a wave based mode with 3 other people.

Oh well, trying to chug my way through it to the 100% readiness while I take a small break from Dark Souls.

i think it has something to do with the weird bit in between levels. like it used to be you just had a hub with all the missions in, but now it gives you a ridiculous amount of stuff to do, but no real indication of how to do it. and i hate how for some reason i have to move 8 characters to move around at once

Well, finished all those tedious Riddler challenges in Batman Arkham City. Just need to beat the game again to finish it off.

I decided to start Saints Row the Third, got 65g so far. The game is pretty crazy, I'm liking it so far.

It was a pretty fun game, though I liked SR2 more. The Third felt like it started off strong, then faltered as you got further in, if you ask me. Still, I enjoyed it.

Anyways, unlocked the "bad" ending for Dark Souls for the Dark Lord achievement, and I finally got all the weapons for Knight's Honor.

All I need to do now is run and get two Slabs from two relatively simple to get to spots. which will lets me get the Magic Weapon and Divine Weapon achievements. So I'll have them all which unlocks The Dark Soul, then I'll have the 1000/1000.

God damn, I forgot to post the update again. I'll do it now :(
