My connection is fine, it's just download speed is utter shit. I've tried to persuade my mum to get better internet connection, but we're pretty short on cash at the moment. My dad has all the new stuff like Full BT Broadband and stuff, plus the TV and the Computer are in the same room, but if I have my Xbox there again I have limited Xbox time. It would have downloaded in like 15 minutes at my dads, oh well.

Anyway, just finished Case Zero for the first time and picked up 4 achievements on the way, reason being because the only Bike Part I found was the wheel and as soon as I got the money to buy it the Military came. I also bought a clue from Dick, but because it's just written and he doesn't actually say anything, I forgot straight away.

Fighting Jed was a bitch with just a sledgehammer and a Spiked Bat, but I just had to attack and then go back inside for some tasty orange juice.

I should be able to get the full 200G from this game, which I'd like to do. After playing this I'm definatly going to get Dead Rising 2.

Finished Case Zero in 3 playthroughs. Could have done it in two but I wanted a save at the end where I'd done everything perfectly in one go (got all combo cards, saved all survivors and got ending A) just in case it makes a difference in the full game.
Achievements were pretty damn easy and I'm expecting/hoping the full game to be much more challenging. Dead Rising has always been one of my favorite games achievement-wise; they made the game much more interesting, made me play it differently, gave it more replay value and added challenges that I wouldn't even have considered doing otherwise, which in my opinion is exactly what achievements should do. I'm just hoping Dead Rising 2 doesn't disappoint in that respect.

Started a new playthrough on Case Zero and managed to find all the bike parts quite easily, as well as unlocking all doors. I have a bit of time left on this playthrough so I'm going to make sure I'm prepared for Jed this time. I have a bow and arrow and a broadsword at the moment, so I'm going to go and get a shot gun and an Assault Rifle.
Now that I've got the bike done I should be able to escape Still Creek and get another 20G. After than I'll do a playthrough and get all the combo weapons and try to spend $100,000 in the Pawn shop. After that I'll get the 1,000 zombie kills and be done with it. I'll probably play through after though because it's so fun.

I just realized that Dead Rising 2 is going to be a Games for Windows Live title and I can get it directly through Steam for just $40. From an unbiased point of view, I have to say that that's a way better deal than $80 for the collector's edition I was considering getting with no actual potential for mods. I'll kind of be shooting myself in the foot in terms of co-op and multiplayer but maybe I'll convince one of my friends with a decent PC to pick it up as well. I can always buy Dead Rising 2 on 360 at a later date at a bargain bin price anyway.

There's actually a demo for it that was put up just now and I've been trying to download it for the past half hour or so but it keeps giving me an error. I'm mad.

To be honest I'm not really enthusiastic about a day one buy for pretty much any upcoming game, possibly Rock Band 3 and it's more than likely that my friends will convince me to begrudgingly buy Black Ops or Reach depending on which one they decide to make their main multiplayer game. Still though, I've got a stack of games a foot high that either need to be beaten or get some achievement hunting love.

Just traded in Blur, Naughty Bear and Skate 3 for £50 which I was quite amazed at.
Apparently Skate 3 is in short supply at Gamstation and the guy at the counter said he hadn't seen a copy for at least a month, so that was worth a bit more.

I'm tied between Pre-Ordering New Vegas or Dead Rising 2 (Shut up Retro :3), I have £60 on my Trade-In card now and I could get some money for an early Christmas Gift and maybe get both of them, but I'm drawn towards pre-ordering the Collector's Edition on New Vegas which is quite a bit more.

I still need to get AC: B and Black Ops though, but they can come for Christmas, aswell as Reach if I can't think of anything else.

Also, just finished up all the achievements on Case Zero. They're way too easy to get all of and I think I did it in only 4 playthroughs, one of which was just playing through it normally without trying.
Almost had to start a new one as I started a playthrough trying to spend $100,000 in the Pawn Shop but I was saving a couple of survivors during that. I managed to get all of them back with about 10 seconds or so to give Katey some Zombrex which was pretty lucky.

Pretty sure I have EMA for the next two years. I can't remember if the letter said I'm covered for EMA until 2011 or 2012 and if it did say 2011, I might have construed it as next years school as well.

EMA is still going to be around, but they're cutting it. Just like they're cutting everything else.

Almost finished my first playthrough of The Force Unleashed, just got the last 2 levels. And then I'll play through on the hardest difficulty and clear up a handful of loose ends. Shouldn't be too long before I have the 1000G from it.
