It is. If not the first game to do it, it's amongs the firsts. This game was kind of hard to play on multiplayer though. Seing how you can aim down your sight in 1st person shooters of today, (I know you could do it by holding down the R button... but seriously... that was crap) playing this game today, I have an hard time doing good :P

I know. But I couldn't really buy any games for it at the time. I'll aquire one while in college though so I'll be good. Yup I own Super Smash Bros., the original, Pokemon Stadium, Goldeneye007, Mario Kart N64, Rush USA, and Pokemon Snap.

I have not played any shooters with such a system yet, so I don't know which is better. I don't have that much trouble with the aiming system of Goldeneye and Perfect Dark, but I know I had a much easier time shooting enemies in Goldeneye for some reason.

Could be because the enemies are moving faster, but I got a feeling that the automatic aiming system in Perfect Dark is a little off sometimes.

I had a magazine once which had a little article about it. It looked fun to me, but it never got popular apparently.

In ever single shooter game that is made these days you can aim down your sight to shoot, or fire from the hip.

I see. And you prefer aiming down the sight of your gun, rather than having an aiming system from the hip?

I guess the disadvantage of aiming down the sight of your gun is that a large part of your sight is getting blocked by your gun and you probably can't respond as quickly if your aim is suddenly off (due to enemies moving or whatever). On the other hand, it is much more realistic.

In these video games you can do both. Fire from the hip or aim down the sight for more accuracy. Like you said, both have their advantages and disadvantages :)

I know he was one of the last characters we unlocked when he had Brawl. He was quite difficult to unlock, but I can't remember how exactly. Maybe completing the boss mode or something. You can always check sites like gamefaqs for answers if you really want to know.

Yeah this is one great club... and i believe someone earlier on this page said they were starting pokemon diamond, i have finished it and have good pokemon but i am prety bored, i can connect my wii to wifi but not DS for some reason...

Well, I want the opinion from someone who had a little more hands on time with it. Like,, is it on par with how Gold, Silver, and Crystal were? I played Gold as a young lad and I hope that this new one offers a similar experence, if not better, to the old games.

SNES for me, no doubt. Sure, I played the N64 more but the SNES had a clusterfuckof outstanding titles that I have yet to play. Such an amazing console that offered more than just arcade ports and beat em ups. Plus, it won the console wars =P.

The Wii because you can play NES, SNES, N64, Gamecube, TurboGrafx-16, Neo Geo, Genesis, Master System, Commodore 64, and select arcade games on it, in addition to your classic Wii titles like Super Smash Brothers Brawl and Super Mario Galaxy.
