I'd come back as a brewer's blackbird because I want to see what regular birds go through on a daily basis. Yeah, I would want to remember what it was like to be a human just so I'd know how to piss them off.

Yeah, but then once the human race is dead you would die also. Or they would find a cure and kill you.
I would want to come back as a wolf, some kind of falcon, or some creature on another planet. And I would want my memories, especially cuz if I became the extraterrestrial creature, I could marvel at the differences (assuming there were any) in our societies, technologically, socially, and otherwise.
Well if i died and cam back I'd want to be something useful.
