Would you change the failing economy, cure world famine and hunger, and generally make sure that the world is a safer and much more lasting/happier place to be? Or would you just fuck things up even further and litter the streets with your XD KAWAII :3 anime dolls and weeaboo shit to boost your own fetish?

Perhaps you would declare that everyone must be furries, under pain of death. That they must find the sight of a drawn human/fox fucking Fisk from Better Days arousing or suffer the fate of the noose.

Or maybe, which will most definitely be 98% of the replies in this thread, would be so all the beautiful girls in the world would find your fat, thirteen year old body appealing to their sexual appetite, and that the remainder of your days would be spent with a fine female sitting on your face.

Myself, I would ban the Internet, and make sure that everyone got lots of exercise and ate healthily. I'm pretty sure the world would thank me for it. There would be no fat/obese people, and everyone would have the right to say what they wanted, are you getting this? Real freedom of speech without the fear of getting prosecuted. I would create a better system of income, and actually reward the hard workers of the world instead of granting royalties only to the rich and celebrities. Are you really getting this? I would make sure that sycophancy would be frowned upon, and favouritism would be none existent. People would be equal and would be treated as equals, a real republican world.

The word "ego" would be erased.
There would be no corruption, or self indulgence.
Selfishness and lying would be non existent.
You would not be allowed to hide behind your words.
Fun would be greatly encouraged, but pointless repetition banned.

Wait, what? You want 'real freedom of speech', but you want to ban the internet, which is the biggest and best thing allowing for free speech to exist in the first place? Why do you think internet is cencored in China?

If I didn't become corrupt with power, then I would bring in obligitory IQ tests for every country, and those who score lower than 110 consistently are rounded up and put into a school to re-educate them. If they attempt to escape, they are imprisoned. Also, murder, rape, and other major crimes would be capital punishment, but only if proved without a doubt, all chavs would be sent to prison, and everyone must do at least 1 hour of exercise a day. Finaly I would install many more schools, and make the IQ average increase by 1 every year, so that by 2100, everyone would have an IQ of over 200.

Even if I didn't ask for world peace or anything, everything would be so great under my rule, all the famine and war problems would simply solve themselves.

I'm actually surprised at how few people said they wanted a harem. Maybe there's hope for the human race after all. (Or maybe people actually read the OP and refrained from saying it to avoid humiliation.)

In any case...

Considering that a majority of the world's ills come from political corruption and nationalism, solving a large number of current world issues would be much easier under the absolute authority of one considerate person. I would hope that person is me.

First things first: reform law and justice. Today a rapist gets what, seven years maximum in prison if they get caught? That won't do. Sexual assualt of any kind is lifelong damage, and should be a 25-to-life sentence without parole. "Eye for an eye," if you will. There's also a rich-and-poor imbalance that needs rectifying; income should not be a factor in how the law treats different people. That said, there are situations that call for measuring justice on a case-by-case basis, and the laws aren't designed for that. This would also be examined a adjusted accordingly.

Second: reform economics. Money is fine (for lack of better incentive), and getting well-paid for an important position is sensible. But when you have CEOs giving raises to other CEOs (at the expense of workers, mind you) just so they can get a raise of their own, you know the current system has got to go. I'd like to try a syndicalist economy, where pay grade is determined by the people. True, the masses can be easily swayed; but they also have the capacity for thoughtful, intelligent action.

Which brings us to the third point: reform education.Take the best of each system - Japan's math curriculum, Sweden's sex ed program, European emphasis on the arts, American multiculturalism - and balance them together into a fully comprehensive education, accessible to anyone who wants it. Everything would benefit from this - agriculture, technology, environment, even society as a whole.

Fourth: keep and maintain a well-trained military, including a star force. You never know when the alien invasion might be coming, and lack of precedent is no excuse for unpreparedness.

And yeah, I'd like a girl. ONE, with a brain and a backbone.

So that's the world under my supreme authority...at least the one my benevolent side would create. The dark side of me wants weaponized dominion, towering wrought-iron statues, and the harem. I do my best to shut him up. :P
