Hey, Tom, I'm very interested! I even have what I think is a solid game concept. I would like to find a killer programmer, I just don't have the time as I'm graduating right now and you know how it is. If you can help that would be great, if not I'll have to see what's left and scrape a team in a week or so.

I'm well experienced with AS2 and so far I've been doing great with AS3.
At first I asked RubberNinja if I could join his team, but apparently he's too good to respond with any sort of message at all.
So right now I'm just putting myself in the open.
I haven't submitted anything to newgrounds, but I've done a lot of work for a few clients.

I'm a programmer interested in joining a team, although it really depends what genre of game. I like puzzle games and highscore-arcade-action-ish games, but I'm open to experimenting with something more complex. Check my profile for examples. I've won a few daily awards, no 1st's yet though :(
Unfortunately I can only work in AS2, and Flash 8 and older.
