Did you try refreshing the page? because that's how I got them

Just tried it. I got 2 medals after buying the first thing in store and refreshing. I have deleted my save after finishing the game and I hope it will keep working like that. But this is very weird because the medal "The Task" doesn't need a refresh.

Seems to be. I maxed out the upgrades for my fort and didn't get the medal for doing so. Seems like I should have got the "kill 20 birds" medal by now, as well.

I was about to ask if anyone knew how to get the Coop shooter acheivements (seeing as how I upgraded the SMG and the Shotgun all the way), but seeing this makes me also wonder whether or not those Coop medals can even be unlocked.

I remember just spamming the strongest guy (maybe one or two or the meatier ones as shields) and I didn't have any trouble at all.

The coop shooter achievements involve having the coop shooter use the weapon enough times so that he becomes faster at shooting it. This is how it worked in the previous two games. Occasionally, you'll see a flashing yellow-orange up arrow appear over your coop shooter's head. This indicates that he has leveled up.
Someone apparently succeeded at getting the grenade launcher coop shooter achievement, which kinda surprised me since I would think that would be the most difficult one. But maybe the authors specifically made that one the easiest =/ I personally tried to get the shotgun coop shooter achievement, but apparently I wasn't successful. However, it is possible that I could try to milk waves for more coop shooter levels.
