Have to agree with Cloudy - the dots look like you've just pasted them on and lowered the opacity, and I suspect that that's exactly what you've done. You haven't put any effort into your work - THAT'S the real reason you haven't gotten any poon in a year or so.

Although for a cells hot that pretty damn high quality. I'm getting confuzzled how quickly they're improving this shit.

As for process.. your off....
I went in to quick mask mode, placed a few dots, inverted the selection, used the hue and saturation to colorize the selected area and then used a blur filter on the edges of the dots to soften the hard edges....
yep... took me longer to get my phone out of my pocket and snap the photo than it did to work this up.....
I figure some one will take this, use it for a crappy demotivational posters and have a few lols......
