6 - Unkindness
The making of this final track was kinda weird. Usually the drop is the hard part, but here it came easily and naturally; the problem was all the other parts. I was having a lot of trouble making it feel like the rest of the track fit with the drops, so hopefully I did a good job of dealing with that.
I love to see feedback, especially since I don't really have a source of professional feedback since this is technically just a hobby for me, so go ahead and leave me your reviews down below.
As well as feedback, I do also encourage remixing my tracks, and to help you with that I have saved all of the tracks for this EP into Zipped Loop Packages on a public Google Drive folder here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ZR_Cpq3euId1W9KcIq2AvHJ7I3yJrU-u?usp=sharing
Simply open one of them up in FL Studio and you'll have the midi, the states of all the plugins, and the samples. You will still need the plugins themselves, which in my case were mostly stock FL, PhasePlant & its effect plugins, and Serum. Don't panic if you are missing some, because many can be replaced by other things. You can replace Trash with Waveshaper, Valhalla Room with Fruity Convolver, KhZ Flanger with Fruity Flanger - etc.

Weirdly good timing with this too, I have barely touched Newgrounds because of Uni work for the past 8 months, and I just came back today to post a lil' update.
Best of the EP, and that's saying a lot. melody is great, the drop is brutal but isn't a noise war, and is just overall really good.

Oh, that's actually pretty relieving to hear. This track started with just the drop, and I was really happy with it. Then I made the 2nd drop and I liked that. After that though, making everything else I felt like the entire track was going downhill. I did my best here, but honestly I was still very paranoid this may be considered mcuh worse than the others. I even could have sworn the drop I had already made and liked that I hadn't touched was somehow starting to sound worse the further i got through making this. I guess I was getting in my own head...
I'm pretty sure you actually need to be approved by RobTop to get your music on GD.
Really nice song, I enjoyed everything :) The melody was a nice touch though, I really enjoyed that too! I can't really find a point to improve on. Just keep making music!
EDIT: Apparently, it is just scouting. Well, I'm making a level with this song right now lol

Oh really? Well maybe the rules have changed... I did hear something about a whitelist. I never had a problem with getting my music on GD before on my old account once I was scouted, but I suppose over a year has passed.
Anyway thanks for this, I was actually a little concerned the non-drop parts of this track may not work very well, so it's good to hear you liked the melody.

Thanks. Sorry, I should have been more specific with the description. This is marked as something I would like to be available in GD, but tracks from unscouted artists are not allowed on GD - you can help me get scouted though, and hopefully it shouldn't take long.
